1MINE acknowledges physically-challenged entrepreneurs

Operating a business with a permanent disability in a highly competitive and changing environment is not an easy task. The Malaysian Indian Network of Entrepreneurs (1MINE) views the struggle and challenges of these entrepreneurs are far more demanding and yet, they are the ones who receive least amount of recognition. In celebrating and commending the efforts made by these physically-challenged entrepreneurs, IMINE is organising a gala event entitled ‘Awarding the Differently-Abled Entrepreneurs 2018’ on October 13, 2018 at the Civic Hall in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

A man in east China who lost part of a leg in an accident is working as a food courier to pay for a prosthetic replacement, local media reported. Wang Jiansheng has been delivering meals in Hangzhou, capital of Zhejiang province, for the past two years.
