It’s around 7:30 p.m. on an unusually cold Friday night in Greeley, Colorado and Aaron Snyder is sitting on a couch in Syntax Spirits, writing in a green notebook. He is creating a list, each line consisting of a couple words such as “palsy,” “break a leg” or “c-word Josh Blue story.”
