INCONSIDERATE motorists in Klang are hogging designated parking bays for the disabled, despite action taken by the Klang Municipal Council (MPK) enforcement team.
MPK statistics reveal that an average of 15 cars a day are towed away for parking in disabled bays, with the offenders also issued summonses for RM400.
