HAVING already exhausted its reserves, The Society for Aid to the Handicapped (Joblink Centre) in Penang is in dire need of donations so it can continue to operate.

Its chairman William Wee said the society’s permanent five workers had not been paid for two months as donations have been far and in between due to the bad economic situation.
