The Malaysia Paralympic Sports Excellence Centre or MPSEC is the biggest of its kind in Southeast Asia. It is located in Kampung Pandan. It was officially opened by Tun Jeanne Abdullah, patron of the Paralympic Council of Malaysia.
The centre provides disabled athletes access to high-level training facilities on par with those available for able-bodied athletes.
