Keadaan dirinya selaku orang kurang upaya (OKU) cacat pendengaran tidak menghalang Muhammad Shafiq Makhtar, 17, untuk menduduki ujian Petaksiran Tingkatan Tiga (PT3) yang bermula hari ini. Seperti pelajar lain, Shafiq yang menjuarai acara rejam lembing pada Kejohanan Balapan dan Padang Pendidikan Khas Kebangsaan 1Malaysia 2017 pada Ogos lalu, tetap gigih melakukan persiapan untuk memastikan keputusan yang cemerlang.
